"Yes, I remember Adlestrop" - Edward Thomas , poet (What? Google it!) These are the seat and station sign that would have been on the platform when his train actually stopped and inspired the poem. There's a society that meets, and on his anniversary actually stopped a hired train for 10 mins at Addlestrop station site (now closed) whilst Robert Hardy (really) recited the poem.  Quite moving in a way.
